Shannon's Deliveries is a local, woman-owned personal shopping and delivery service serving 18 cities across Cocke County and Sevier County in the Smoky Mountains region of Tennessee. We provide grocery delivery, cabin stocking for vacation rentals, alcohol delivery, and tobacco delivery with personalized, hand-selected service.

Service Area: Newport, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Cosby, Hartford, Parrottsville, Del Rio, and 10 additional communities in East Tennessee.

Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM | Closed Sundays and major holidays

• Same-day delivery: Order by 10:00 AM for delivery the same day
• Cabin stocking: 24-48 hours advance notice recommended
• Large orders: 48 hours preferred
• Urgent requests: Contact us directly and Shannon will let you know what can realistically be accommodated based on timing and availability

• Newport residents: $7 delivery fee
• Other Cocke County locations: $10 delivery fee
• Cabin stocking service: $15 base fee + 15% of order total
• Sevier County deliveries: Custom pricing based on location

Important: Shannon's Deliveries aims to pass through current in-store pricing when available, plus any disclosed delivery, platform, tax, or service charges.

Shannon personally hand-selects every item as if shopping for her own family. She checks produce for freshness, examines expiration dates, and ensures quality on every order. If you have specific preferences (ripe vs. unripe bananas, organic only, specific brands), add notes to your order and Shannon will follow your instructions exactly.

Shannon will contact you through the Dumpling app if an item is unavailable. You can set substitution preferences in advance:

• Approve substitutions: Shannon selects a comparable alternative
• Contact first: Shannon sends photos of alternatives for your approval
• No substitutions: Item is simply removed from your order

You always have control over what you receive.

Shannon shops at major retailers throughout Cocke and Sevier Counties, including Walmart, Food City, Ingles, and local specialty stores. If you have a store preference or want to use your rewards card, just let Shannon know - she's happy to accommodate.

Shannon can leave groceries at your door, in a cooler, or at a location you specify in your delivery instructions. For cabin stocking, she coordinates with property managers or uses lockbox codes. If you have frozen items or perishables on a hot day, being home or providing a cooler is recommended.

Yes! Cabin stocking is a specialty service. Shannon delivers groceries, beverages, and essentials 1-2 hours before your check-in time so everything is waiting when you arrive. She coordinates with property managers or uses access codes. Perfect for vacation rentals in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and throughout the Smoky Mountains.

Yes, you'll receive updates through the Dumpling app including when Shannon starts shopping, when she's on the way, and when delivery is complete.

Alcohol requests are available only with qualifying cabin stocking services and only when Shannon's Deliveries can complete the order lawfully. The recipient must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID, and where lawful and approved, Shannon may review ID in advance before completing dropoff.

Tobacco requests are available only for legally eligible adults when the order can be completed lawfully and safely. Valid government-issued ID must be presented at delivery, and Shannon may refuse any request that does not meet legal, retailer, or service requirements.

Payment is processed securely through the Dumpling app using credit/debit cards. You'll see the total including delivery fees before you confirm your order.

Tips are appreciated but never required. Most customers tip 10-15% for standard grocery delivery. For large cabin stocking orders, $10-$20 is common. Tips can be added through the Dumpling app when placing your order or after delivery.

Yes! Shannon's Deliveries offers discounts for:

• Newport, TN residents (proof of residency required)
• First responders: Police, firefighters, EMTs
• School bus drivers

If any item is damaged, incorrect, or doesn't meet your expectations, contact Shannon immediately at (865) 230-6634. She will review the issue and work toward a reasonable resolution, which may include a refund, credit, replacement, or another service adjustment where appropriate.
