Age-Restricted Delivery Policy
Alcohol, tobacco, vapor, and similar age-restricted requests are handled only when they can be completed lawfully and safely.

Adults Only
Alcohol delivery is for customers 21 and older. Tobacco, vapor, and related products are also limited to legally eligible adults. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at delivery.
Advance ID Verification
Alcohol requests require valid government-issued photo identification. Where lawful and approved under Shannon's operating process, ID may be collected and reviewed in advance before dropoff. Age-restricted items will never be left with a minor or completed in a way that fails Shannon's legal or safety requirements.
Refusal and Cancellation Rights
Shannon's Deliveries may refuse, limit, or cancel any age-restricted request if the law, a retailer, safety considerations, store rules, or delivery circumstances prevent lawful completion. This includes suspected intoxication, invalid ID, unsafe conditions, or lack of an eligible recipient.
Availability Limits
Age-restricted services are not available in every area or through every order type. Alcohol requests remain subject to Shannon's current service model, participating stores, and applicable Tennessee requirements.
